Our new website marks a turning point for OCA Global. We are gathering all our services under the same roof for the first time in our history, making very clear our aim to become a global company and showing our present and future clients, as well as to our collaborators, the real projection of our company. With this, we would like to demonstrate our ability to build trust and carry out our work in more than one language.
Recently, our company’s international division has doubled its turnover – reaching a 20 % of the total turnover. We take pride in the fact that this division grows day after day, helping to consolidate OCA Global, not only locally, but as a company capable of operating anywhere in the world performing all sorts of inspections.
OCA Global aims at obtaining half of the company’s turnover outside Spain in the near future – which does not imply that the growth in Spain will be reduced, quite the contrary. We will focus on growing locally in the coming years, without forgetting to grow exponentially abroad, reducing the risk/country and focusing on giving our customers better global coverage.
Our desire to globalise the company is the reason behind the creation of the new OCA Global website and the new version of the Enfoca magazine, being Spain just one of the countries in which we offer our services.
In order to maintain OCA Global as a hallmark for quality and excellence of service, we will continue to invest on the purchase of equipment, being up-to-date with the latest novelties, and accrediting and training our technicians. Besides, with the objective of being closer to those who require our services, we will continue opening new delegations and offices in different parts of the world.
Another of the aspects we are reinforcing is the new OCA Global internal portal, which has had a very positive evolution since its creation in 2016, mainly because of the creation of content aimed to get to know a little bit better other members of the team from different parts of the world – which is not an easy task, as there are more than 2,000 people working in our more than 80 delegations around the world.
The near future is exciting as we are already seeing the positive results of our actions – we are confident about the future as a result of our hard work and our compromise to offer the best version of our group and our services.
And yet all this would not be possible without each one of the members in OCA Global, who meet our clients’ needs and expectations. The work of every technician, administrative, sales agent, team manager, and executive is key to achieve our goals, being our ultimate objective to make our customers’ lives safer.
