Nascor Formación, experts in equality plans for companies
Since the end of 2021 and the first quarter of 2022, Nascor Formación has collaborated with different companies to develop and implement their Equality Plans. According to the new implementing regulation, Royal Decree 901/2020, of 13 October, regulating equality plans and their registration, and Royal Decree 902/2020 of 13 October, on equal payment between women and men, OCA Global’s training division assists its clients at all stages of the project.
In particular, Nascor Formación prepares a comprehensive diagnosis in which it analyzes the current situation regarding Equality in the company, with the focus on the characteristics of its staff: gender, age, dependants, seniority, type of contract, working day, etc. In addition, it carries out surveys to study the opinion of individuals, analysis of corporate documents, equal language, working conditions and management of persons, non-discrimination on the basis of gender, race or religion, conciliation and co-responsibility, Harassment plan, etc. and the implementation of the Performance Appraisal and Pay Audit system.
Many companies, such as Frigorífics Costa Brava and Aszende, rely on Nascor to adapt to the new regulations and social reality regarding equality between women and men in the professional environment.
