The contract is for two years and covers the units:
- Tercio de Armada (TEAR) of the Marine Infantry: expeditionary force for military operations on land from the sea.
- Non-Commissioned Officers School: teaching activities for military personnel.
- Naval Radio Stations: mission to maintain communications systems.
- Real Instituto y Observatorio de la Armada: scientific center with the mission of astronomical and geophysical observatory.
- Puntales Naval Station: houses the units of the Cadiz Maritime Action Force Staff, Naval Beach Group and Diving Unit, among other missions.
- Instituto Hidrográfico de la Marina: Its mission is to watch over the safety of navigation in its aspects of obtaining and disseminating information about the sea and the coast and to contribute to the progress of Nautical Science.
- Motor Pool Nº3: whose mission is the logistics of personnel and material transportation, including maintenance and repair.
- San Carlos Sports Facilities: development of physical and sports activities for military personnel.
- Sierra del Retín Training Camp: training mission of the Marine Infantry Corps.

The objective of these audits is to ratify the commitment subscribed by the Ministry of Defense to make military activities (instruction, training, maintenance, armament, people's lives, etc.) compatible with the principles of "Sustainable Development".
