How does ENAC accreditation work?

10.05.2019

The Entidad Nacional de Acreditación (ENAC) is the entity designated by the Government to operate in Spain as the only National Accreditation Body, being the representative of Spain in the international organizations that make up the global accreditation infrastructure..

ENAC is a non-profit association that follows principles of impartiality, independence and transparency, and whose objective is to generate confidence in the market and in society in relation to the technical competence of the assessment companies (such as OCA Global).

In order to achieve this confidence, products, processes, services and facilities are subjected to different types of control (testing, certification, inspection). This is an exhaustive procedure that contributes to the quality of products and services, to environmental protection, and to the well-being of people, among others.
