The ISO 42001 certification is the first worldwide designed to manage Artificial Intelligence (AI), establishing a governance framework that promotes the protection of rights and sustainability in line with the new European Parliament's AI Law. This regulation imposes specific obligations according to the level of risk associated with AI, ensuring a responsible and ethical approach to its implementation.
