OCA Global México last September, the execution of electroluminescence tests was started at the solar farm La Pimienta, located in the municipality of Carmen (state of Campeche). This is undoubtedly an opportunity for these localities to progress and develop with sustainable and environmentally friendly projects.
With a generation of some 300 MW of solar energy that will be distributed throughout the country and with the capacity to supply more than 300,000 homes, La Pimienta is positioned as the second largest photovoltaic project in Latin America. It has a surface area of 700 hectares and more than one million photovoltaic panels that will make a clear contribution to Mexico's sustainable energy development.
Projects such as this one are fundamental to continue growing and expanding globally, always demonstrating our commitment to economic, social and environmental development through clean and sustainable energies.
