OCA Global is pleased to announce the acquisition of the consulting business activity in the area of renewable energies and water and waste treatment from Diseños y Proyectos Reunidos, S.A. (DISEPROSA), a Spanish company based in Madrid. The formal acquisition became effective last March 2018.
Its team of professionals is specialized in providing Technical Advisory, Due Diligence, Property Engineering and Asset Management services for Renewable Energy, Water and Waste Projects, counting among its main clients investment funds, credit institutions and project development companies, with presence and activity in more than 10 countries and with its own resources in Mexico and South Africa.
With the acquisition of the Diseprosa business branch and its integration into OCA Global, the Consulting and Technical Advisory Division is strengthened, complementing, expanding and enhancing the group's consulting experience and capacity. At the same time, this integration represents an important step in OCA Global's strategy to become a global benchmark in the sector.
