We organized a training trip in Spain and Portugal with representatives of the Ministry of Energy of Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan.

From September 18 to 24, OCA Global is conducting a training trip with the aim of showcasing and training 15 representatives from the energy ministries of Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan on floating solar PV.

This study tour is part of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) project "REG: Floating Solar Energy Development", which started in 2018 and aims to support Afghanistan, Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan in improving their technical knowledge and skills in the design, construction and operation of solar PV plants, in particular floating PV plants.

To this end, participants - including OCA Global and ADB staff - will visit several floating solar PV plants, as well as testing facilities and Red Eléctrica's Electric Control Center.
