Nascor Formación will organize the VI edition of the Business Lab Program in Vilafranca

The city council of Vilafranca del Penedès has once again trusted Nascor Formación to carry out the Business Lab Program, with the intention of promoting the creation and consolidation of new business projects in Spain.

After four years of trust in Nascor, a new edition of the program will be held in 2023 with the same objective: to help people who have a business idea in mind and are looking for advice to create their company.

With a duration of four months, the Business Lab will be composed of 3 phases:

Phase 1. Support in the phase of definition and refinement of the business idea .

It will be accompanied by presentations of market trends and benchmarking to inspire participants. Through group and individual dynamics, ideas will be filtered to arrive at truly valuable proposals, and participants will prepare the presentation of their business idea, which they will have to defend before an evaluation team, who will decide which ideas are best prepared to move on to the next two phases.

Phase 2. Training and coaching for the development of the project.

Participants will be provided with support and consultancy in everything related to the start-up of the new company. Coaching will also be offered in the development of entrepreneurial skills and basic competencies such as leadership, negotiation, assertive communication and others, necessary to consolidate the business project.

Phase 3. Group training services and individual counseling .

A minimum of 16 hours of group training and a minimum of 8 hours of individual business counseling in Marketing, Finance, Sales and business management in general is foreseen to prepare people and ensure the success of the new business.

Nascor Training will have quality professionals who will accompany the participants throughout the program, preparing them to lead their project and build a viable business model.
