OCA Global acquires Compcontrol ING, a non-destructive testing laboratory in Romania.

OCA Global is pleased to announce that it has successfully completed the acquisition of Compcontrol ING, a leading non-destructive testing (NDT) laboratory based in Ploiesti, Romania. This acquisition strengthens OCA Global's position in Central and Eastern Europe and further expands its global presence in the NDT sector.

Compcontrol, founded in 1997, has long been a benchmark in Romania and the Eastern European region, where it has built a solid reputation for technical expertise and commitment to quality and safety in its testing and inspection services in the energy, petrochemical and aerospace industries.

Compcontrol is authorized by: ISCIR (State Inspection for Control of Boilers, Pressure Vessels and Liftings), ISC (State Construction Inspection) and CNCAN (National Commission for Control of Nuclear Activities), to develop various services for different industries, including all types of Non Destructive Testing, as well as some asset integrity and maintenance activities.

The acquisition of Compcontrol by OCA Global represents a strategic step in the group's expansion in Central and Eastern Europe. The combination of Compcontrol's technical expertise and OCA Global's global network will allow to offer more complete and efficient solutions to customers beyond Romania.
